Adults On Keys - A OK

World Wide Web Authoring Class


Adults on Keys will be offering a six week www authoring class for Thetford area residents on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 at the Thetford Academy. The class will start with basic browser and web page layout and work through www imaging, animation and sound capabilities. The application of web technology in education and communities will the a theme throughout the term.

The class will be based on a Windows and Macintosh authoring program (Claris Home Page). Other image and sound applications will be used as well. For the class project - each student will be asked to create a www site that will receive peer review. A three month follow-up will be arranged to assess the success of that site.
